Dr Nicola Brough has been a complementary and alternative medicine practitioner for over 20 years, she runs a successful private practice in Staffordshire, UK.
Using modalities that integrate mind-body-spirit including craniosacral therapy (CST), Reiki, reflexology and safe-touch enable her to understand how different modalities can be applied.
She is a qualified supervisor of those working in the helping professions and can help others in practice.
Nicola is the developer of the Warwick Holistic Health Questionnaire a measure of wellbeing, which she developed whilst studying for her PhD at the Warwick Medical School, University of Warwick she understands how to evaluate impact.
Nicola has published numerous research papers relating to wellbeing and patient reported outcomes and understands how to communicate with different audiences.
Judy Hemmons is a Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Craniosacral Therapist & Trainer, 30 years in practice.
Homeopathy, General Nursing, Shiatsu and, massage therapy give her the hinterland of her practice and teaching.
Teaching counselling students and supervising craniosacral therapists and other bodyworkers has given Judy the passion as well as the knowledge to support practitioners setting up in practice.
