Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read below the terms and conditions of our cancellation and refund policy.

1.0 Products available for purchase on our website (online-courses)

Once you have purchased (your payment method is cleared) you will be given access to the product and no payment refunds will be given.

2.0 Subscriptions

2.1 The Subscription Date shall continue for the Initial Subscription Period and, thereafter, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive periods of 12 months (each Renewal Period).

2.2 How can I cancel my subscription to the Measure Well Hub?

2.2.1 To cancel your subscription you need to notify us, in writing, at least 60 days before the end of the Initial Subscription Period or any Renewal Period, in which case this Agreement shall terminate upon the expiry of the applicable Initial Subscription Period or Renewal Period. 

2.2.2. Measure Well Ltd may terminate this Agreement at any time on giving not less than 30 days’ written notice to You.

2.3 What do I need to do once the Agreement is cancelled?

2.3.1 all licences and rights granted to You under this Agreement shall immediately terminate and You shall immediately cease all use of the Services and/or the Software and/or the Documentation;

2.3.2 You must immediately cease all activities authorised by this Agreement;

2.3.3 You must immediately and permanently delete or disable interfaces to the Services from all computer equipment in Your possession, and immediately destroy, delete or return to Us (at Our option) all copies of the Documentation and Software then in Your possession, custody or control and, in the case of destruction or deletion, certify to Us that You have done so.

2.3.4 We may destroy or otherwise dispose of any of Your Data in Our possession unless We receive, no later than 10 days after the effective date of the termination of this Agreement, a written request for the delivery to You of the then most recent back-up of Your Data. We shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to deliver the back-up to You within 30 days of Our receipt of such a written request, provided that You have, at that time, paid all fees and charges outstanding at and resulting from termination (whether or not due at the date of termination). You shall pay all reasonable expenses incurred by Us in returning or disposing of Your Data; and

2.3.5 any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities of the parties that have accrued up to the date of termination, including the right to claim damages in respect of any breach of the agreement which existed at or before the date of termination shall not be affected or prejudiced.

2.4 Can I get a refund on a Measure Well Hub subscription?

We do not give refunds for paid subscriptions for the Measure Well Hub.  You can cancel your subscription (the full annual amount is payable) at any time.

3.0 Acceptance of this cancellation and refund policy

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this cancellation and refund policy.  By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this cancellation and refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
