A service evaluation is a way to define or measure current practice within a service.

Course description

This course will help you to understand how to prepare for and undertake a successful service evaluation whether you are evaluating processes, outcomes or quality. You will be given the opportunity to work through three cases learning as you go. You will be shown how to prepare an implementation plan and how to report on your findings.
